I used to like this company. I have purchased many bows and supplies from them. A bow that I bought last year decided to snap, just one week out of warranty. It clearly is a defect in the bow. I only used this bow around 15-20 time, as it is not my primary bow and also because I have a very heavy travel schedule because of my job. I was very disappointed to find out that I would get no help from 3Rivers Archery. I was told that it was out of warranty and "All wood bows like this tend to break much quicker than today's laminated bows" (from the response of one employee). After a month of emails and promised phone calls that never came, they offered an insultingly low discount on my next bow. Be careful what you buy from this company, they knowingly sell cheap products and definitely lack the customer service. I will never be buying or recommending things from 3Rivers Archery.
Just bought my first bow today, with the help of James and the while team there at 3 rivers archery, I couldn't be happier. Great customer service, great appreciation for archery with the knowledge to back it all up. Can't thank you guys enough.
I own four grizzly recurves , the last one I received about a month ago and I was very saddened when I examined the limb tips , these new type of limb tips appear extremely delicate, I live in Canada and paid seven hundred dollars for that Bear Grizzly recurve, it took me along time to save that money and now I am stuck with it , in the attached pics. the thicker limb tip is from a 40# bow, and the thin tip is from a brand new Bear grizzly 50# recurve, makes me sick. WARNING! BUYER BEWARE.
I buy just about everything traditional from 3Rivers. Very prompt shipping and communicate well if there is any delay. I'm also stoked that they have reward points that have allowed me to save significant amount of money on future orders. Looking forward to actually visiting the store someday. Maybe I'll stop there next spring on my way back from the 2018 MotoGP race in Indy in the spring.
Made one big purchase and some smaller purchases from here over the last year and have recieved Incredible customer service. The people working there really know what theyre talking about, and will walk you through any questions or inquiries you have about traditional archery. Ill continue to buy my gear and bows from 3 rivers.
